We stayed 5 nights here, nonetheless it was a VERY PLEASANT experience. We greatly enjoyed the owner. Location was particularly good, adjacent to the centre of Birmingham.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in Birmingham that provided a clean and cozy space with ample room. The location was great, just a 10-minute walk from the Bullring/City Centre, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. The owner, Omar, was extremely accommodating and made my stay even more enjoyable. Despite my early departure at 6.30am, he was flexible and understanding. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely book this apartment again when I return to Birmingham.

One minor issue I encountered was that the grill tray inside the oven had been left with a lot of fat and grease, which caused it to almost catch on fire and produce smoke when I turned on the oven. I had to clean it myself to ensure it was safe for the next guests.

The 2-bedroom apartment at Avoca Court was absolutely amazing! It felt just like a home away from home. The living room was cozy with a flat-screen TV for ultimate relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen had everything I needed, including a fridge and toaster. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathroom had a bathtub, which was a nice touch. I loved the apartment's homely vibe and the convenience it offered.

Only one small thing bothered me. The sofa in the apartment wasn't very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at a well-located apartment near popular attractions. The host, Omar, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to address any issues that arose. The ground floor apartment was spotless and only a short 10-minute walk from the city center. Although the street leading up to the apartment was slightly hilly, it didn't detract from our overall experience. Omar was attentive and even allowed us to check out early in the morning without any inconvenience. We will definitely book with Avoca Court again when we return to this city.
